There are eight paths to wealth.
Take the Wealth Dynamics test to discover which one is yours.
Wealth Dynamics is the world's #1 profiling tool for entrepreneurs.
There are only 8 paths to wealth.
Many people think that there are hundreds of routes to wealth. With Wealth Dynamics, you'll see that there are actually only eight paths to wealth and that one of those paths is the correct one for you.
These paths are highlighted by the successful people who have achieved wealth through following their natural path. This is to say, they found the wealth dynamic match that suited their talents.

Each path has different winning formulas...
When you understand which one of the eight entrepreneurial profiles you are, your energy is directed ONLY into the opportunities which are going to offer you the greatest chance of success.
Intuitive
Identify the people in your team who are best at innovating and driving the vision of the business forwards through intuitive thinking.
Extrovert
These people manage the relationships both internally and externally, not afraid to sell or shout loud and proud to promote their work.
Sensory
Once the product is created and the team is assembled, who will keep the projects on time, and the team in harmony during launch phase.
Introvert
Most comfortable behind the scenes, crunching data and optimising the campaigns, managing cashflow ready for the next cycle.
Once you know who you are and the path to take, the next steps become far more obvious.
Everyone has unique abilities. Some come easier to us than others. The Wealth Dynamics test will show you where to focus your energy for best results.
-
Dynamo Genius - What?
The innovators and creators. Always thinking of the bigger picture, the future vision. There natural question to ask is 'what?'
-
Blaze Genius - Who?
Blaze geniuses just love to connect and be amongst people. They are in flow when leading a team, and the best at answering the question 'who?'.
-
Tempo Genius - When?
Grounded and in tune with the market trends. Trust a tempo genius when they say is the best time to sell or launch. Best at knowing 'when?'.
-
Steel Genius - How?
Don't ask a steel genius to stand up on stage, but let them lead from a spreadsheet and watch how they excel. Their attention to detail will usually steer them to inquisitively want to know 'how?'.
A brief look at the eight wealth profiles.
-
The Creator
Creators are the best at getting things started and although quick to create chaos, they can also be surprisingly creative at finding ways out of trouble. Always put them in charge of new projects but move them on to the next creation once their job is done.
-
The Star
Stars are the best promoters and need to lead from the front. Give them the chance to shine and give them the space to deliver results without tying them down. Give them support and they will be the best spokesperson for the group. Discourage them and they will be the biggest critic.
-
The Supporter
Supporters are the best leaders but don’t expect them to come up with the plan themselves. Build a plan and set the goals with a Supporter and then let them lead the team towards the plan. Let them set their own management style and their own agenda.
-
The Deal Maker
Deal Makers are the best peacemakers and will leave everyone feeling good. Don’t expect them to go out cold calling as they thrive on building the relationships they already have. Work with Deal Makers to nurture the relationships within the team. When things get too hot, Deal Makers will cool it down.
-
The Trader
Traders are your best negotiators as they are looking for balance and fairness. They will always get you the best price, in both what you buy and what you sell. Traders will have their ear to the ground in your market and your team and they will always look for harmony and equality in the team.
-
The Accumulator
Accumulators are your best ambassadors. They are reliable, get things done on time and don’t make rash decisions. Accumulators make the best project managers, when a task or a project needs to be delivered reliably on time and budget. They are the reliable organisers in the team.
-
The Lord
Lords are your best analysts. Give them the space to study the detail and to deliver the data. Don’t ask them to go out and network, as they are strongest when focused behind the scenes. When you need to keep count or keep score, give the job to a Lord. They will always be the most reliable to keep track.
-
The Mechanic
Mechanics are your best completers. They'll wrap up the process and find smart ways to do it better next time. Don’t ask a mechanic to start from scratch, give them an existing process or product to improve on. They work fine on their own, often uneasy in social situations. Perfectionists, which is why they cannot resist finding ways to do things better.

Frequently Asked Questions
There are similar elements within Wealth Dynamics and popular psychometric tests, as they all have a common modern origin in Carl Jung’s work on archetypes. But Wealth Dynamics is different in that it provides an intuitive structure, practical strategies, modern role models and a link back to the roots of profiling 5,000 years ago.
Most job-seekers have been through the experience of taking personality tests of one kind or another. Wealth Dynamics is unique compared to other personality tests in the following five ways:
Tailored to entrepreneurs
Wealth Dynamics doesn’t put you in a box, but highlights a formula and path specifically for entrepreneurs, with role models to follow.
Synchronised to time
In fast changing times, Wealth Dynamics is the only personality test which shows you how your strengths link to the cycle of time.
Intuitive and easy to follow
While many personality tests are not easy to explain to others, once you know the eight profiles and how they link to the way we create value and leverage it, it’s easy to explain and apply to others.
Linked to your flow
You can use Wealth Dynamics immediately to directly grow your flow, and use the GeniusU mission to measure your flow.
Linked to your entrepreneurial spirit
Through its link to the I Ching and the five Chinese elements, Wealth Dynamics links to the fifth element - spirit, your purpose, and the question ‘why’.
Created by Roger James Hamilton, a social entrepreneur and founder of the Entrepreneurs Institute, Wealth Dynamics has rapidly grown into the most widely adopted profiling systems for entrepreneurs and business owners around the world. The reason for its success is that it links both your strengths and weaknesses to your preferences, and then gives you clear role models and strategies to follow. It takes the very best of MBTI, DISC and Strength Finder, and delivers to you a system that is intuitive, relevant and easy to explain to others.
